Chelsea had one of the worst Premier League seasons finishing in 12th with 44 points and only 38 goals scored. It was an emotionally draining season for the Blues as they saw three managers come and go and about 500 million pounds of signings come to the club. With the season over, it’s time for Chelsea to remove some dead wood:
Edouard Mendy: He is a great keeper but he is clearly not a starter anymore for the club.
Kepa: It’s time to sign a real keeper.
Marc Cucurella: It hasn’t worked out for the player or the club. Time to go.
Trevor Chalobah: He’s just average. Chelsea needs great defenders.
Mason Mount: Something must have happened behind the scenes between him and the club because he is struggling to get into the first team. Cash in on Mount and invest the money into other positions.
Conor Gallanger: Again, an average player.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang: He isn’t good enough for the Premier League anymore and was an unnecessary signing.
Hakim Ziyech: It’s clear that Chelsea don’t want him anymore and he wants to leave.
Christian Pulisic: He doesn’t get enough game time.
Kai Havertz: HE ISN’T A STRIKER BOEHLY! Plus he’s not that good and isn’t worth the expensive wages.
Armando Broja: Not good enough. Sign a top-class number nine.
